Conclusion

With my reading I learned that I was not the only one who fell into a bad diagnosable state after abuse and that it does happen a lot of times. With the survey data I learned that a lot of people have gone through similar things to my experience. Now its time to go back and answer the research questions.

How does abuse effect teenagers ability to trust?

It has been proven that kids that have been abused grow up to not trust as easily if at all and that they have a hard time forming relationships. They also can be diagnosed with mental diseases caused by all of the hard times they had gone through.

Do teenagers that have been abused trust the people that they knew before the abuse?

Sadly I could not find any data on this subject.
